"Rick did everything the way he said he would - calling first thing in Spring after last Fall's estimate and turning up with his workers as scheduled.  He did two things no other contractor did - he checked the building site for underground cables, and installed a guard rail beside a basement window well as a safety requirement.  He kept to his estimate except for one necessary addition and created a solid, well built deck."
